Creating a new device instance

To create instances of a device, start from the button on the main header and select the “Instance” icon from the menu.

When clicking, a new screen will open with the list of Device Models already registered for you to select the desired Model. After selection, you will be directed to the new Device Instance configuration menu.

Configurating a Device Instance​

Set name and tag​

Set a name for the new device instance.

After choosing a device to instantiate, its properties must be filled. Each device has different properties according to its specific requirements, so the images below represent one possibility among many that can be registered on Sequor IoTHub.

Set Tile Layout​

To set the tile layout, click on and a menu on the left will appear. Just choose the tile type you want and click confirm. image

Configuring how to show the signal value​

Now you can define notation and how many digits will show on tile. By clicking on “Signal Layout”, it is possible to adjust the display settings of the signal itself.
