Personnel
How to create a Personnel entry:
After accessing Personnel's Sequor MTC app, the user will enter Grid/List mode, which lists all Personnel entrys, giving the user the ability to create a new entry or edit an existing one.
To Create, click on the button and then fill in the fields:
Header:
- 1 - Personnel number*,
- 2 - Description of the Personnel.
On the General guide:
- 1 - Personnel location,
- 2 - Select the Disabled switch Yes/No to indicate whether this Personnel Location is enabled or not,
- 3 - Location Description,
- 4 - Price
- 5 - Price Unit
Items with * are required.
On the Skills Guide:
click the button to add a new Skills entry and then fill in the fields:
- 1 - Skill Name,
- 2 - Skill Description,
- 3 - Valid from:,
- 4 - Expiration Date.
Follow this same process to add multiple abilities.
To delete an ability, click on the respective button
How to edit a Personnel entry:
After accessing Personnel's Sequor MTC app, the user will enter Grid/List mode, which lists all Personnel entrys, giving the user the ability to create a new entry or edit an existing one.
To Edit the entry:
- 1 - select the desired entry by clicking on the respective check box

- 2 - click the
button and then edit the Header fields: Personnel Description.
On the General Guide, you can edit all fields.
On the Skills Guide, you can edit all fields. To delete an ability, click on the respective button

In the general guide, the user will be able to access all the main information of the Personnel registration.
