Sync Management is the app that allows you to resynchronize lost orders from your mobile phone to the Sequor Platform.

How to resynchronize an order

Choose the order you lost and click on edit button

Now choose Reprocess and click on save button

After that a succes will inform that the order is now in Sequor Platform
